Color Woodcut Relief Class w/ RGZ

Learn the basics of woodcut carving, color planning, and printing multilayer pieces! Students will be supplied with wood and carving tools and led through design ideas for drawing their print (it would be helpful to have some ideas about what you are aiming for ahead of time, but inspiration and assistance will also be provided!). Block size 5x6in

Students will be introduced to image transferring, ink control, registration, carving, and editioning.

The class is taught by artist Reinaldo Gil Zambrano, and supplies are all included.
